I love the delicious menudo and the desebrada burritos.

Food is good. There's usually a wait to be seated since many people go for breakfast and lunch. I like the service and the waitresses are really willing to help you with what you need. I like their menu and the kid's menu too. Reminds me of home :)

This place is great. The service was good and the food tasted great. I found this place via Google Maps. The reviews were good and I had time to kill before work to grab a bite. I took an Uber there and the driver got confused because there are two different breakfast spots with similar names close to each other. The staff here was friendly. There is nothing wrong with it, but the waitress I had didn't speak English. I pointed to what I wanted and she took my order. She was a nice, older lady. My food tested food, but there was nothing to write home about. I will visit some other spots in the future, but I could go back if I was close.

My wife and I were driving through town and decided to stop here to grab some breakfast. The place was packed but they managed to get us seated quickly. The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. The menudo is out of this world. Hands down the best I've had so far in the states. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is phenomenal. I highly recommend this spot!

Really good food! Everything was delicious and the staff was excellent. Definitely a place to stop by when passing thru.

Great food with a great atmosphere. Service was exceptional. You get to watch the cooks who cook in front of you. It was a great experience. My tea never was empty and the food came out hot and fast.

Since back in the Mid-fifties (year), and through present time, it had made Great Meals and Spanish Meals. But through Lent it Comes So Blessed.

Stopped by on the way through town and really liked the food. The prices are amazing and the chile rellenos are some of the best I've ever had. This place has been in business for over 50 years and you can tell they have the operation down to a science and the it's hard to believe they can keep a restaurant building that old so clean. If you speak at least a little conversational Spanish it will help. Good food, fast service and great prices - nothing else required in my book!!

I popped in for a quick early dinner fix. I ordered a ground meat and potato taco plate and a red enchilada plate to go. Both plates were generously served with rice and beans. Delicious in every way. I'm looking forward to my next visit ,this time dining in.👍

I had the lunch special. The pork chops were excellent! The side of mixed veggies and mashed potatoes were very tasty. An overall excellent experience. Recommended highly.

I had the hamburger steak. It was very good. My mother good the menudo she loved it too. Good food I just don't like the fact that they used to get you chips and salsa free now you have to pay for it. They should go back like they used to and put a small bowl of salsa with chips.

The whole family loved this place. We were looking for a local spot and we sure found it here. Great food at a great price. Service was a bit lacking but the food made up for that so it was overlooked in this review!!! Small place that started getting extremely busy when we were leaving. Go early! We will be back!!

I've enjoyed this spot for years. I love the atmosphere, it has an old school cafe feel to it. I love the hamburger steak. It comes with hashbrowns and a salad. The menudo is good too. It's closed on Wednesdays, FYI. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional. Great spot!

It was like going home and visiting with friends and family. Food was good or better than usual. You know how your mind makes better than you can imagine. Service was impeccable. Was greeted by one of the owners and it just made my day. He remembered every small detail in my life and career at SM. Stilled asked questions about the bus service and how my extended family were doing .... Just a great experience all around.

The people at good luck are awesome, attentive and in good spirits all the time. Very attentive to one's needs! The food is great and you want to eat a real Mexican menudo you definitely will go there! This cafe is a landmark in El Paso!!!

Small cafe but friendly staff and quick service. Delicious food at low prices. Great little place to bring the family for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tacos are crunchy and meat filling is delicious.

Great place very far prices and everything is super tasty! If you come at peak busy times (basically always) be prepared to wait in line but it moves pretty fast. If you want to skip the line get it to go or look for a spot up at the lunch counter. The Menudo is always great. Their Huevos Rancheros is one of my favorites in the city. Everything on the menu is awesome. Service is pretty fast the the Founders Son behind the register is a staple. Don't miss this place!

Great food but line wait was ridicoulus

One of the best, if not, the best place to eat breakfast in El Paso. Get their Menudo, but try everything you can on the menu, and you will not be disappointed. This picture is of the huevos rancheros with a side of short stacks.

From the second we opened the door they made us feel welcome. Even though I don't speak Spanish and she didnt speak english our server made us feel as if we were one of her children. A very hearty breakfast. We will be back! I highly recommend this place for a very good home style meal.
